Diana is delighted to continue this "East/West Connection" with Carrie Isaacman. Last summer we presented a reading of Shakespeare's Venus and Adonis. Then in February of this year we presented a reading of Susan Jackson's TAKEN in NYC. FUNNY/REHAB is our third collaboration. Upcoming, Diana will be seen in Eat the Runt at Altarena Playhouse. Diana appeared in IN SITU at the Midtown International Theatre Festival's MidWinter Madness Fest in NYC and Apparitions in San Francisco at Mariposa Studio.
She appeared as Ruth Steiner in Expression Productions' premiere run of Collected Stories by Donald Margulies. In 2013, Diana was delighted to revisit the role of Elizabeth in Expression’s critically acclaimed production of Marcus’ Lloyd’s thriller, Dead Certain which enjoyed a year long run in San Francisco's Union Square Theater District. Diana was seen in New Conservatory Theatre Center's The Laramie Project: Ten Years Later in the SF run and Northern CA tour. She performed in Wily West's Sheherezade XII and Sheherezade X. In 2013, Diana represented the Southern Railroad Theatre Company with co-producer Susan Jackson in NYC’s Bare Knuckle Theatre Festival. Diana originated the roles of Nandy in Susan Jackson's Rocket's Red Glare, Jenny in Jackson's Eye Tooth, and Henri in Jackson's In Situ. She also originated the role of Red in the world premiere of Susan Jackson's Blessing Her Heart, receiving a Bay Area Theatre Critic's Circle Award nomination. She played Elizabeth in Expression Productions’ SF & NYC premieres of Dead Certain. Other credits include Annie Wilkes in Expression's SF stage premiere of Misery, Inez in No Exit with Expression Productions, Dr. Livingston in Agnes Of God, Beth in Box Conspiracy with George Coates Performance works, The Fairy Godmother Magee in Cinderella Waltz, Lucifer in Barry J. Weir's The Demon Pope, Berdine in Psycho Beach Party and Bev in Graceland. Diana also records and performs with Radiostar Improv and with Leela Theatre's, Armando Company, http://www.leela-sf.com/armando-company. You can listen to Diana on the Radiostar Network athttp://www.radiostarnetwork.com/. Radiostar was invited to perform at the 2012 and 2013 San Francisco Improv Festivals. The Ladies of Radiostar represented Radiostar Improv in San Francisco's Femprovisor Fest 2015.  Diana recently completed narration on the audiobook American Legends: The Life of Orson Welles


Carrie Edel Isaacman (New York)
Carrie moved from San Francisco to go to graduate school in 1997 and is so happy to be producing and acting in San Francisco. Carrie is now studying teaching and has been gaining experience directing and as a vocal coach. In the Bay Area some of the companies that Carrie worked with as an actor are African American Shakespeare Company, California Shakespeare Company (apprenticeship), Valley of the Moon. As a teacher Carrie has worked with SF Shakespeare Festival. In NYC, Carrie has worked with Shakespeare Theater of NJ (Next Stage Ensemble) Pearl Theater Company, Kings County Shakespeare, Hudson Warehouse Theater Co. and Workshop Theater Co. Carrie has her credential in Theater Education from City College of New York, is completing a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Teaching from Teachers College and is about to begin a program in Teaching Literacy. Carrie teaches in an after school arts program where the culminating event will be monologues from"Midsummer Nights Dream" and a modern adaptation from a scene. It's also nice to direct and act with adults and to explore theater intended for all audiences as well and Carrie is grateful for the opportunity. Sending love to Roger and Nathan.

Michaela Goldhaber (Bay Area)

Michaela was artistic director of Flying Fig Theatre in New York (2002-2008). Since her return to the Bay Area, she has directed for Boxcar Theatre Company, Playwrights Center of San Francisco, and the Olympians Festival. Her plays have had readings at the Central Works Writers Workshop, the Playwrights Foundation, Butterfield 8 Theatre Company, and Symmetry Theatre Company.

Rich Orloff, Playwright, FUNNY AS A CRUTCH

Dorian Lockett is an award winning bay area actor blah blah blah, so boring, who cares about that. I get to play FOUR different characters tonight!!!! Thats whats awesome!! The most i've ever done before was three. This is so exhilarating!! Let's have some fun tonight. After you've been thoroughly entertained give me a high-five, hand shake, smile, hug, M&Ms' we can even do the old fashioned two-step dance.
